Pollen & Proof
Pollen is recognition. It is not currency, and it is not a fee. It is the record of what you have given to The Hive.
When a bee devotes eight hours to driving Queen Dee, that labour carries weight. When a bee coordinates an event, that effort is recorded. When a bee gifts an item, that value is noted. When a bee sends Pollen directly, it is logged.
How Labour Is Recognized
The Hive does not pay for service. It recognizes it. Below is a guide to how your labour is valued, not in wages, but in worth. Every hour, every act, every offering is seen.

How The Hive Is Sustained
The Hive is free to enter, and it stays free.
It runs on time, attention, and the work its members choose to give. Some bees give hours. Some give skill. Some, when they wish, give gifts toward the cost of running the community: the website, the forums, the gatherings, and the work Queen Dee is building.
None of it is required. None of it buys entry, standing, or access to Her. It is how The Hive keeps its doors open.
